Chocolate Bark Snack

 Hello everyone and today I will be showing you how to make bark thins which are a healthy snack, also this a collaboration with a friend of mine, I'll leave a link to their blog at the end so definitely check them out as they have an amazing blog.


You may be asking what a bark thin actually is and basically it is a thin piece of chocolate with different ingredients on top. We used dark chocolate as it is healthier than milk or white chocolate and it is good for your heart. 


First of all we melted down two and a half bars of dark chocolate and then poured it into two circular cake pans, we made one thicker than the other as the ingredients where different. 


Into the thicker chocolate we popped in some strawberry slices and banana slices and in the second, the thinner one, we sprinkled mixed seeds and dried cranberries onto it and then sprinkled a bit more chocolate over each one to make it look better.

  Next we left in the freezer for a couple hours until it was completely set and then broke it up into smaller pieces, put into little bags, and put back into the freezer until you want to eat them.



 That's it a super easy snack that can be made super easily and personalised to your tastes and frozen for a relatively long time which is great for a snack on the go or especially if you have a sweet tooth and are trying to be healthy in the new year.
