Flapjack Review

Hello everyone, as you may have seen on my friends blog, we made flapjacks together for a collaboration and also another recipe which you will see next sunday. Here is my honest review of the flapjacks, hope you enjoy.

For starters they are very healthy as there is no butter used just banana. Bananas can help prevent kidney cancer and build strong bones, along with many other health benefits. we also used brown sugar instead of caster sugar as it includes more essential nutrients. Lastly we used dark chocolate to add a little sweetess but also as it is the healthiest type of chocolate and can help your heart.

Now for the review, personally I really liked them they didn't taste to strongly of banana but you could still tell it was in there. It definately needed the dark chocolate on top to add sweetness and could be considered a little chewy but to resolve that you could just add more oats or bake it for a little longer. Although I loved this recipe and will be making it again as a tasty and delious snack it wasn't up to everyone's taste buds because of the slight chewiness but again that can be resolved.
